1. Where is parking available at Garuda Mall?

Garuda Mall has a multilevel car parking facility with public pay-and-park access and ample capacity. Parking is available in the basement levels, MLCP, and designated areas. Clear signage will guide you to the entry and exit points.

2. What are the parking charges?

3. What are the parking timings?

Parking facilities are open during mall operating hours. Vehicles must be collected before the mall closes for the day.

4. Is my vehicle safe in the parking area?

Garuda Mall provides security and surveillance within the parking premises; however, parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. The mall does not accept responsibility for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings.

5. Can I park overnight?

Yes, overnight parking is permitted as per Garuda Mall standards and policies. Visitors must follow guidelines issued by mall management. Vehicles left unattended for extended periods must comply with the rules, and additional charges may apply.

6. How do I pay for parking?

Parking fees can be paid at automated pay stations, through digital payment apps, or at the exit counter (as applicable).
